The Summer Experience Program student will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of field, laboratory and data work with Dr. John Lauzon's "Yield and Quality Response of Alfalfa and Canola to Sulphur Fertilizer" project, greenhouse trial and other projects. Some field research tasks include soil sampling, helping with plot set up and maintenance throughout the growing season, taking plant samples and harvesting plots.
We have one last speaker in the 2014-15 seminar series and that is Dr. Lindsay Eltis from the University of British Columbia (Life Sciences Centre). Faculty host Dr. Stephen Seah.
