HNRU Study Recruitment - Purple Wheat Study

The Purple Wheat Study will be taking place in the Human Nutraceutical Research Unit at the University of Guelph. The purpose of this study is to determine the bioavailability of anthocyanins/phenolic acids and antioxidant capacity after consuming purple wheat products. Please see poster for study requirements .
