The School of Environmental Sciences offers three different graduate programs:  a course-based Master of Environmental Science (M.E.S.) [1], a thesis-based Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Science [2], and a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Environmental Sciences [2].

The University of Guelph’s SES distinguishes itself from other environmental science programs in that it comprises a true integration of the life and physical sciences to address important environmental problems in forest, aquatic and agro-ecosystems.
In addition to our unique research capabilities, the SES is committed to providing a learner-centered environmental science education to undergraduate and graduate students – one that is second to none in North America.
