The SES Graduate Peer Mentoring Program aims to provide mentorship to incoming graduate students entering the School of Environmental Sciences by pairing first-year students with an upper-year mentor. Mentors will act as a resource to answer questions, connect their mentees with university resources and services, and offer social support in order to ease students' transition into graduate student life. Mentors and mentees will meet twice a month for 30 minutes either in person or virtually; whichever mentor and mentee decide.

Mentors must be in the last year of their MSc program or in 2nd year and above in their PhD program. If you are interested in becoming a graduate peer mentor, please fill out the mentor survey [1].
