Two of our students in the School of Environmental Sciences have made a great video about their research! Aaron Fairweather and Leah Blechschmidt's video on Leah's research on native pollinators in apple orchards has been selected as a finalist in NSERC's Science, Action! contest. They need to be in the top 25 most-viewed videos to move onto the next round of judging and for the chance to win a cash prize.

Please watch the video here and share widely: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTMUi4YPgdQ [1]

The University of Guelph’s SES distinguishes itself from other environmental science programs in that it comprises a true integration of the life and physical sciences to address important environmental problems in forest, aquatic and agro-ecosystems.
In addition to our unique research capabilities, the SES is committed to providing a learner-centered environmental science education to undergraduate and graduate students – one that is second to none in North America.
