Fourth-year course builds partnerships between students and communities. Every year, researchers and more than 70 fourth-year University of Guelph students [1] connected to the Project in Environmental Sciences course descend upon the university’s surrounding communities.http://yourontarioresearch.ca/2018/01/fourth-year-course-builds-partnerships-students-communities/ [2]

The University of Guelph’s SES distinguishes itself from other environmental science programs in that it comprises a true integration of the life and physical sciences to address important environmental problems in forest, aquatic and agro-ecosystems.
In addition to our unique research capabilities, the SES is committed to providing a learner-centered environmental science education to undergraduate and graduate students – one that is second to none in North America.
