Please join on us on February 23, 2016, for the Hopper Lecture presented by Simon Maxwell, Senior Research Associate of the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), UK; and Emeritus Fellow of the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), UK. Mr. Maxwell's talk is titled "Finding a place of one’s own: development agency choices in a new landscape."
