Only a few days left to sign up for the 4th annual OAC-GSC Colloquium! This interdisciplinary event is being held on Friday, February 27th, 2015 and will run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm in the Arboretum Centre. It is FREE to attend and includes a FREE lunch and coffee break snacks! Each department will brainstorm how their department might develop, improve, or promote the use of functional foods for human health. This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr. Massimo Marcone, Adjunct Professor in Food Science at the University of Guelph. This is great opportunity to network, collaborate, and discuss hot topics that look at the global picture surrounding agriculture and food.
