Congratulations Gard on receiving the Commemorative Medal for "Agriculture and Rural Development"

DECISION    Rev. Awarding Commemorative Medal “For Agriculture and Rural Development”  from the MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated 26/11/2013 of the Government regulating functions, tasks, rights and organizational structure of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decision No. 89/2008/QD-BNN on 25/08/2008 issued by Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of Commemorative Medals and Regulation on awarding Commemorative Medal of “For Agriculture and Rural Development”;

At the request of President of Vietnamese Beekeepers’ Association and Director of International Cooperation Department in the Statement No. 12/CV-HNOVN dated 08/09/2014;

At the request of Director of Organization and Personnel Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1: To award Commemorative Medal of “For Agriculture and Rural Development” to Professor, Doctor Gard W. Otis, Lecturer of University of Guelph, Canada – Director of the project “Beekeeping Development and Rural Extension” in Vietnam.

For his great contribution to the agriculture and rural development in Vietnam

Article 2: Bonuses enclosed to the Commemorative Medal shall be implemented under Decision No. 2713/QD-BNN-TC dated 11/10/2010 of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Article 3: Chief of the Ministerial office, Director of Organization and Personnel Department, Director of International Cooperation Department, President of Vietnamese Beekeepers’ Association and Professor, Doctor Gard W. Otis take responsibility for deploying this Decision./.
