The call for researchers based in North America (USA and Canada) to participate at the 2nd edition of the EURAXESS Science Slam is still OPEN!!

Researchers of ALL nationalities and ALL fields, including social sciences and humanities, are invited to participate.

The submission period for the videos is between 15 May and 10 August 2014.

Five videos will be pre-selected for the LIVE finals. The finalists will battle for the EURAXESS Science Slammer North America 2014 title on 22 October in Toronto, ON, Canada.

The winner will get the title plus a round trip to Europe to attend a science communication training with the other five winners of the 2nd EURAXESS Science Slam (ASEAN, Brazil, China, Japan and India) and visit a research institute of his or her choice in Europe.

What to do: Get creative, record a maximum of 5-minute video and submit it to us.
