International Development Studies Speaker Event

Dr. Des Gasper will be giving a talk on Impacts on Health and Mortality of Climate Change, and the Ethical Implications [1] on September 23rd 2015 at 11:30am in MCKN 230.  Dr. Des Gasper works at the International Institute of Social Studies in The Hague, a graduate school in EUR, currently as Professor of Human Development, Development Ethics and Public Policy.
