Hello everyone!
The American Association of Petroleum Geologists CANADA REGION has organized an exciting day for schools in Southwestern Ontario. It will be at McMaster University in Hamilton, on Saturday April 4, to talk about what the AAPG does, screen the SWITCH energy documentary, have an industry discussion, and a networking social after.
Attached is the poster for the event, and instructions on how your students can sign up. This event is FREE, and targets both undergraduate and graduate students. Lunch will be provided, and there will also be door prizes!
It will be hosted by the McMaster student chapter of AAPG, and the day will be a great opportunity for students from various geoscience departments to meet and greet, and learn more about working life in the oil and gas industry. Students part of departments without AAPG chapters will also get the chance to learn about the program and benefits, and sign up as members for free.
